ok, so i heard in linux os there no hw bans so i want someone to explain me how to install linux

Download the iso's...burn them with alcohol 120%...turn off your computer, turn it on/put first cd in...follow the yellow brick road.

We have a lovely new section over in tech for help with linux etc.

Moving this thread to it now. Also recommend that you read thru the sticky and some other threads as all the information is there.

you missed a step. In your BIOS, make sure you boot from CD and not hard drive.

I just hit del when i booted up...
