Banned by VAC2 for using a color Aimbot

Hello everyone

I was using the [Valve] Aimbot for a certain time (at least 4 weeks). But since yesterday my account has been banned for using a cheat. This aimbot is and was my first hack AT ALL. I never used another hack!!

I was always looking at the mpc.de thread about the detection of cheats. And I just used the aimbot because I thought this hack is safe. That's the source of my information about working hacks: Working Hacks by mpc.de (http://www.mpcforum.com/showthread.php?t=114355)

Now I can't even play ANY game! What can I do to un-ban my account??

i doubt you were banned u have 1 post claiming [valve]aimbot is detected which
i doubt it is.

was you using any other hacks with it?

1) you should be able to connect to banned servers via the VAC2 exploit @ the CS:S stickie.

2) ur a first-poster, pretty hard to believe this....

Did you rename the executable. If you didn't thats why you got banned. Otherwise I highly doubt that you could be banned for using that hack. It doesn't inject into CSS, the only way I see VAC2 detecting it is if you didn't rename the hack.

@suicide... yes, people do. I don't see what's so funny about colored aimbots... They are undetected by VAC2, and it isn't as easy for people to catch you aimbot'ing.

I dont know too much about this stuff but couldn't it function like nProtect (like if they wanted to) and how it disables any API commands? Assuming the aimbot uses API things such as GetPixel. Correct me if im wrong.

VAC scans your memory for cheat signitures and for CRC signitures of running modules.
As stated by Valve VAC will only ban for something that modifies the game. Colour aimbots dont modify or hook the game but just use run without changing anything. So its not likely that a colour aimbot will get you banned.
