Ok First of all, i wanna cleafy this, it is not a scam what so ever
I, myself have tried this method, and already used 10000 cash point without any use of credit card or money.
so If u don't like my post, leave ur comment to urself.
i just wanna try to help those ppl in desperate using cash shop.
mostly it's legal!!!! basically u just get the credit(cash) by doing company survay.
ok here is the steps, if u have question plz post here, i will try my best to help u.
1. In order to purchase cash points, u need to set a free account in www.paypal.com, just click sign up
(note just remember to enter a valid PayPal Account email address, cuz u will need it for them to send u credit point, other info is not very important).

scroll down, click REGISTER NOW!
3.register with ur signed up paypal account email address, so they can send u the money there in to paypal account.
(You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.)

login with ur signed up email address and password.
5.on the left panel, click cash offer,
Complete some offers. Most of them are free trials with payouts ranging anywhere from 5 to 50 dollars! Once you've completed an offer, click the button next to it to indicate its completion. The offer will then be added to your My Pending Offers page to await verification.
(note a , u have to click the survay finish it, before click done. cuz they have to varify if u finish it or not. then u will give u the credit)
(note b, bsome of them are in US only, so it might not work(approved), but here is the lists of offer i tried and it's working.)
