Server software??

After about two weeks attempting to locate a working download site for the Meridian serversoft, I have still been unable to find one. Is there anyone out there who could give me a working link? Or perhaps I could get it from someone who already has it. I have played this game since beta and have always wanted to get a copy of the serversoft just to play around with. I have no intention of setting up a public server or anything like that.

If anyone could help me I would be very greatful.
