Paying for burning crusade pacth???

Do we have to paid for the burning crusade patch??
Peoples are saying that we have to pay for it.

its not a patch... its called an EXPANSION PACK.... and yes... you have to pay for it... and no... there wont be any discussion of a way to get it for free

The expansion patch is coming out later in the year (7th month I believe). It will cost to buy it but probably wont increase monthly fees. It's also not required, and you can still play with people who have it (not sure if this means you can play with blood elfs but not create).
