Could you be a little more detailed?

If you list everything then we would have a better chance of helping you.

EDIT: sorry, I mean like, list in what order that you are doing things

For example, I do things in this order.

1.(Prevx is turned on if not already)
2. Run your webserver, (Apache, or Abyss)
3. Run CE.
4. Run MS
5. Attach MS to CE
6. Alow, deny, alow.
7. Modify content as I see fit.

Sounds like your trying to attach to MS after nProtect is already loaded...and that will not work.

Like said in above post:

1. Start CE
2. Start MS
3. As soon as nProtect splash is displayed, click the computer icon in the top left of CE.
4. Go to "Process Watch," in the bottom right hand corner of that popup.
5. Select the top MapleStory.exe in the process watcher that pops up.
6. Now do your Allow, Deny, Allow. Another box will pop up about a minute later, and just ignore it (I drag it to the bottom right of my screen so it is out of the way.)

Oh yes, I forgot, Thanks WasteofTime, Like he said when you see that other box pop up a little later, just drag it out of the screen and ignore it.

Also, instead of waiting for the gameguard splash to come out if your computer lags a bit,
As soon as I click the maplestory.exe I immediately start attaching the process.

Actually im not sure what that error is, but if all fails, just reinstall MS
and replace the gameguard folders again.

Please verify that you have administrative access to the PC you are using, and that you have shut down all nonessential software. Error 360 - The NProtect patch process failed due to corrupted files, or an overly restrictive firewall. Please be sure to allow NProtect access through your firewall. If the problem persists, delete the GameGuard directory and run the MapleStory patcher again.

Error 361 - Gameguard did not install well. Maybe you cancelled it or something. Either Re-download gameguard or goto Internet>Settings>Network>Check security program on top is working or not. Also check if you need to get authorized to use the internet.

Error 380 - This is indicating that either there is a problem with your internet connection, security software on your PC is blocking NProtect from accessing its patch server, or the NProtect patch server is temporarily down. You may wish to wait a while and try again, and verify your firewall settings, as well.

I just noticed that Error 500 isn't on there, sorry about that.

Yeah, try uninstalling Maple, CE, Apache, everything. Make sure you follow a guide step-by-step. Post back with results!

It's hard to figure out the problem then. If your doing the same exact steps as everyone else did, and they can get it working and you can't, then we really can't help. Alot of people misread the directions, that's all I can say.

o.O

Do people attach the process before MS is loaded? I attach it while ingame and still works.

Check your CE settings.

You have to attach it while nProtect is loading, or else you won't be attaching to the right MapleStory.exe
