Well, the damage hack is only for your entertainment, it doesn't actually let you do whatever damage you choose. There is plenty of code-caving tutorials on this page, and in the stickys if you still want to do it though.

CLIENT SIDED!!

Yes, the attack you do to a monsters is mostly clientsided, with a function that has some boundaries, i'm not really sure how many variables (lvl, weapon attack, random, monster level, accuracy, etc) it takes to calculate damage. Maybe you can actually modify these values and have the amount of attack you desire.

The far i've come is with a few addresses. Now, if you use the "find out what access this location" with CE you can find the code, but still as i'm asking... i would like to see the values this function for attack pops out from the stack.

I doubt he knows what that means :) Anyway, there are tons of hacks, but no one bothered to say wether they work server sided or client sided. They only say "hey, i found this hack" - cuz that's what they see. Other players see nothing wrong "with the picture" :) -> client sided...

Well, my mistake, i have tested those addresses and yes, though the amount of attack keeps changing with different monster-weapons it doesn't give the damage it displays. Is weird for when i frozed it with a non-miss value for a monster that was mostly missed i killed it with much less attacks than not frozing.

Search all you want, but it won't do any good. The 'final' attack damage value is calculated, yes, but the variables you are finding clientside are just clones of the serverside values used for displaying the damage popup. Do a little bit of packetscreening, and you'll see what I mean.

"Packetscreen all you want, but it won't do any good". Really, i will bow down to you if you can actually decode the DES encryption maple handles with packets. I've used Iris NTA and the packets always vary in content due this encryption, no use in resending them neither.
Packetscreen tells almost nothing except you have the key for decrypt packets.

the so called "damage hack" is mearly a display hack, it code caves as easily and exactly as how u would code cave a gravity or jump hack. Its pretty good for screenshot taking and only that.
