University of California Berkley researchers are saying that they have found proof of human evolution. An article posted on Yahoo! says that they have found fossils that link two types of pre-human species. The full report was published in Nature magazine today.

There are lots of technical, scientific names for species and such that I don’t feel like quoting at the moment, but the article does explain everything quite well. It was an interesting read for me and, personally, this seems as yet another nail in the coffin of the “intelligent design” theory which seemed to have largly grown in popularity in the US over the past year or so.

lol, nowdays you can find people that look like monkeys, i'm not taking about black race(no racism), but in asia adn parts of america you an find this type of people, now the remains of the 8 persons they found is not a concrete proof of evolution, they could have get that shape , cause the type of alimentacion, etc... many reasons.
still they can't solve the problem of the monkeys , why they didn't evolutionated.
lol
if they don't believe in intelligent design they have to find another way to proof the existense of human race, maybe we just spawned somewhere in the earth.
now let's suppose 10000000000000 years ago, somewhere in the earth, a cloud of dust, then some wind, vapor, ans some rare gases were strike by a lightning bolt and KABOOOM!! MAN APPEARS!
wow!!! now try to prove that !!! to me that sounds as stupid as evolution.

:wank:

hmm, you know i always thought "intelligent design" was a term better suited to the IT field.. i've been doing a bit of OOA lately and it fits the words better than the way they're being used now...
