Server Voting,

I'm making a server every night with Spearhead, Basically just starting a game instead of joining one, Picking my map and await people to join the game, What frustrate's me is sometime's when a crowd come's in they can vote a different map and then basically take over the server unless i disconnect, When i start the game i pick what type of game i want then the option's come up asking about map etc, I have to have Gamespy checked to run my server, If i use Dedicated server then it does'nt work for some reason, But my question is how can i run a game with the voting blanked out, I've seen a lot of server's with this, Hope it's not too complicated, Thank's,

Sorry, Forgot to ask about blanking the use of rocket's aswell, Don't think you can but it would be nice, The only other thing i could do is to kick the player off if he take's no notice of me asking to stop using them, So how can i kick the player off my server???, Sorry for extending my post but forgot to mention that,

Here is a whole list of what you can do:

deathmatch is the same idea. dm/mohdm2 etc.

g_gametype 1 - FFA
g_gametype 2 - Team Deathmatch
g_gametype 3 - Roundbased
g_gametype 4 - Objective

Votes
callvote map "x" <-- enter map name ex. callvote map "obj/obj_team3"
callvote kick "x" <enter name of player you wish to attempt to kick. ex. callvote kick "Osama's Camel"
vote yes
vote no

War
rconpassword "x" - to take admin over a server
rcon restart - restarts map
rcon ser sv_privatepassword "x" - set a password on server

Rcon
rcon set q_teamdamage "0" - friendly fire off 1=on
rcon say "bla bla bla" - Console message to everyone
rcon set sv_gamespy 1 - 1=on, 0=off

As for no rockets you will have to find a mod but if you set the rcon password you can b*tch @ the guy as a console
