Where to edit 714 strings?

Does anyone know where I'm supposed to edit the 714 strings? Is it in the same 3 files I edited earlier, dbk32.dpr, dbk32functions.pas and newkernelhandler.pas? Or are these new strings supposed to be edited elsewhere?
