sorry, but im a total retard, but, I STILL DONT KNOW WHAT THIS IS! Is this an auto-clicker?

i think it just a substitude for mouse click, so instead of using a mouse you use a joystick.

can u use it as a ac? like in maplestory, the pq? and do u need a joystick?
