How do you edit your Maple Story Sprites?

If you wanted to edit or replace your maple story sprite (how you look in game) with another sprite you created, what steps would I need to take.

Is this even possible? I'm sure this would be client side obviously.

Use a memory editor (e.g. Cheat Engine, ArtMoney, etc.) to edit the values of what you're wearing. You can find the values in another thread on this forum.

I'm talking about sprites in bmp, gif, or jpeg. I know our characters probably do not have a lot of frames in the animation.

I want to find the graphics file somewhere in MS so I can edit how I see myself and everyone else.

(Planning on making Naruto Skin Mod to make everyone look like Naruto characters.)

Easy. I will give you a super good guide on it.

First, find out where wizet company is. Wear a worker's clothes and go into the Boss office and kill him.

Then you try to crack the password for his comp(if there is one) then change the things.

Easy right?

maple story aint like thouse 2d morpgs where u have map folders and spire lists. there is no folder of images in any format.

You'd have to go into data.wz of course its packed & encrypted so thats why people prefer editing the memory.

You can extract everything out of the wz file with a program that was posted in these forums before, you just can't repack it.

if you mean the NOVA extractor, rofl no. certain sprites/MP3s are not encrypted so you can pull them right out but most of the sensitive data is..
