UCE question

I searched a lot but couldn't find anything that answers my questions so here the are, in the NewKernalHandler.pas for the UCE, should I change the things with a T in front of them or leave them the way they were, I already went through the whole thing and changed everything it told me to no matter where it was, and I still can't get it working, did I do something wrong or do I still need to do something?
