problem downloading delphi

hi, im havin trouble dling delphi from borland, im not sure whats happening, cuz it keeps saying that i need to send my activation. and ive already followed the activation instruction, to save the attatched file to my home directory. but it still tells me that i still need to activate before i can dl. can someone help me by telling me if i did something wrong?

That or you can get it from newsgroups. o_O

newsgroups? where are those, im a bit of a noob.

newsgroups is a sorta serverside thing that you can download news binaries from but people put all kind of files on it, most internet providers usually have their own newsgroup but thers a few that you can join for a cost I believe not sure of any free ones anymore
