Not bein a linux user I can't understand why someone would want to 'downgrade' it by makin it look like XP.

you can just as easily make that yourself, using KDE Desktop Environment and a bit of Ruby scripting.

that's the closest you're going to get.
remember software like mysql has native builds for linux as well so that should be run natively rather than through WINE

if u want to introduce linux to those windows user, try ubuntu. at least it is very user friendly.
if u let them use linux xp, they will confuse that linux is 1 of microsoft product.
so it is better that new users start from ubuntu and get used to gnome.
making the great linux looks like xp is actually an insult to Unix.
