Help: How to get unbanned

Hey, i was wondering how to unban myself?

you cannot unban yourself...if you were ip banned change your ip, if you were wonid banned, buy a new hl/cs and use that cd key, if you were name banned change your name. you cannot unban yourself though...

As Vin said, there are 3 different ways u can be banned. Name Ban (change name), WONID BAN (most common- buy a new version of cs), but as for IP ban you can simply type ip <ip> into the console and that will tell the server that is ur IP instead of ur real one but rarely do admins ban u by IP so don't count on it.

so how do i find out which ban i have? It said it would end at 2003-03-13 14:45:10 but didnt...

Well, it depends on what time of the day is at the server you got banned at.. Don't expect to get unbanned upon the minute you got banned.. wait another day..

Well, if you change your ip (dynamic ip, proxy, NN's suggestion) in a way and manage to get in, then the ban was ip made.. If you change your name and get back in, then it was name ban (Sounds funny, but I have seen it happen), but the most serious is WonID Ban, which requires you to buy a new pack of CS.. By changing the key you should get in.

So that is how you find out.

From which server did you get banned? Blueyonder? If it was blueyonder you probably got a perm ban for cheating... But it's been awhile since i played there so they probably banned your wonid & ip... but i'm not sure... i might be wrong

well i don't remember which server it was but it says "Because of past cheating violations, you have been banned from playing on all secure servers until...." And if i have a cable modem, how do i change my ip?

Try and remember.. could remove the pain of the ban ;)

Cable modem... proxy is one way...

If u got that because of past cheating violation message u were not only banned from that server, u were completely banned from all VAC servers until that date, the only thing you can do is buy a new copy of the game to change ur wonID

I have this problem as lt. time and i did everything. Borrow my friend's cd key n changed it, changed ip, change name (stupid admin) but it didn't work. WHat's the problem? Help me guys

You need to make a new account, it sounds like you are on the HLG blacklist, so just avoid HLG servers.

He is not banned by HLG blacklist. "Because of past cheating violations" is a knowing Vac message, means you have been banned by Vac.

If you are banned by HLG, you got on every enabled UA blacklist server an "You have been banned from the server" message.
