how to use a commandmenu?

I just downloaded the HSD Special Edition - ltfx 4 tweak !

The hack has a commandmenu !

But I don`t understand how to use the commandmenu!

It`s not only that hack, please can u tell me how a commandmenu works ??

I think it is for choosing different VECs?

But I can not start it in game :cry:

Is there a way to use self made Vecs with the new LTFX4.5??


Hope anyone can help me in explaining me the stuff u need to know with commandmenus
