Blocking stackers

I heard enemies can block the stacking somehow dont know how exactly. It has something to do with giving vision

share vision with them the rush their asses

you see someone stacking cannons or anyother buildings

solution

for zerg : use a defiler to plauge them,then use guardians to take them out

for terran : use seige tanks

for toss : use disruption web if they are defence buildings or just reaver them
