Oh i forgot thanks for the site it has some pretty good hacks on it (need something to hold me off until MPC gets their ftp up). Haven't tried your toadvision yet, as i have 56k and no time to DL a 48 MB file (jeez it makes about 200k worth of changes!!!) Hey mod, sorry for all these extra posts, you can delete them.

Im pretty sure the reason that they block out www.************s.com is beacause they steal the Hacks from Mpc and put it on their website. Without letting the author know that they just put it on there website.

Oh, I didn't fully grasp the trade embargo. Anyways the damage is done, but I do want my hack to be public and I didn't mean to step in on a website battle.

That being said, it does seem that ever site I go to has uploaded my hacks, even that retarded Myg0t clan has uploaded mine - and that is the major downside of making cheats public.

Just my 2-cents, WHO CARES. They are all going to be spread out sooner or later.

I dont know about you guys, though when i want to register and after i read the disclaimer and hit agree it takes forever to load, and nothing comes up. If you want i have a ftp thats very fast, and could upload anything you guys want. Well... not literally anything. Just the hacks please. Ill make a folder called "cheats" or somthing. This does the following to BF1942:
+ Reskins helmets, expacks, nades, parachutes into a neon color.
+ Removes ****pit view from tanks, planes, turrets....
+ Removes fog/increases distance (to a degree).
+ Adds sonar ability to all vehicles.
+ Adds 3rd person view to infantry.
+ And a few other things :)


Thanks for the hard work on this Toadpeon alas i have problems with the skin.rar.. (i think)
Sonar/3rd person/view distance adjustments all see to work fine + crosshair whilst throwing grens..nice touch :).

Alas-
Removes ****pit view from tanks, planes, turrets....

dont work for me, i've extracted to the folder you describe in your readme and the individual map folders 23 of them and no difference is noticable.

MM 3.7 RtR 1.31 installed here, any ideas what i've missed?

Lets see, does the de-fog part work?

Because if the defog works than the skins should work too.

hey great hack toad! i was wondering how i can turn off the de-fog because on Coral maps (all i play) when your flying to the ally carrier, it just *poof* pops up and then its too late to start shooting the planes on it. When fog is on, you can see the silhouette of it so you can get ready. Also good job with the sonar, just it would be a lot better if you made enemies their color, because you cant tell if the AA gun is unoccupied or has an enemy in it because they are the same color.

i might have wrong versions here but i have a previous version of toad vision, befor the one with the fog and radar fetures

and i was wondering since i already have all the skins and i dont want the fog or radar, just the right click zoom feture on the weapons, which file is that and where do i install it to? (mine didnt come with a readme)

Ok here is what I have done. With the toad vision 1.31 release, I uninstalled my game and reinstalled it. Did the 1.31 patch. Installed MC3.7. Then copied over the objects.rfa file like said so in the readme. IT DID NOT WORK! I got the old toadvision and copied the info into the init.con files and everything worked great. But as I said in the other toadvision thread, the radar is not added for the new vehicles for rtr. It works for old vehicles on rtr maps but not the new bomber or tanks.

All working perfectly except I haven't figured the 3rd person.

press F10 for 3rd person (like in vehicles) and spontaneous, the new RTR vehicles dont work because he did not make his hack for the RTR vehicles. You will just have to wait till toadvision RTR comes out

No this release has full support of RtR. Everything that works on the original works on RtR too.

What is the sonar?

I do not see this. What indicates an enemy, and where is the sonar at?

Tyrant Joe, as toadpeon said, he has made this hack for full support for rtr.

toadpeon, Tho you would like full support, the sonar dont work for new tanks/bomer in rtr. I am just letting you know so you can fix in next release, thats all.

It works on mine and a few other peoples machines.

But you are not the first person to say this. So here is what i'll do: I'll do a fresh install of BF1942 and install my hack, and see if I get the same problems or not.

If it infact does not work than I get right on making it work, with an installer this time. I was just waiting for merc 4.0 to come out, but I'll do it sooner if needed.

toadpeon, I also got a question, is there a way to keep the helmet color for teams based on the soldier skin instead of the gun? Reason is, sometimes the enemies pick up your teams guns and then they have the same color helmet as your own team. I understand why you have it like it is now, because the gun changes the helmet skin. Or maybe add like some team neon strips to the soldiers upper body, so even if they pick up your teams gun, you can tell that they are the enemy by the body.

how far is the zoom on the weapons is it really noticable?

cause i installed toadvision ian to me it looks like the zoom is the same

probably doesnt mean anything but i found an object and zoomed in so i couldnt see it then zoomed out and measured the distance from the object to the side of my moniter

distance was around 3 inches

For you guys having trouble, I made an installer for Toadvision. I took alot of your advice...such as adding multiple levels of De-Fogger to install.

Alot of more improvements, and should be 100%bug free.

It's way too big for me to post here.

So either A) Someone host it for me

or

B) go to UC and get it. It is now posted in the forums there.

toad I got a question. I dont like the zoom for all weapons too much. Now if I choose no zoom, will there still be a better zoom for the sniper? The sniper gun is all I want the better zoom on.
