"The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect"

whenever i open the UCE it says "The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect." This happens only when i dl the normal cheat engine and i have my antivirus on. and i extracted it to the desktop could that be it? i tried to delete it and dl it again but it still has the same thing.. any ideas?

oh and just wondering.. better to vac at ynps or dark klocks?
