Im doing Item Vac Like that:

X Coordinate: 6C6174 Pointer - Offset 344
Y Coordinate: 6C6174 Pointer - Offset 348


then i freeze it, but the items dont come to me. y?

Where do you freeze them??
You need to freeze them in the spot where you want to loot

You, like many others, have got the whole idea wrong. Freeze the co ords. Then drop 10 meso or kill an item so it drops something there. Then walk away, other side of map if you wish, and spam loot button. Its very slow, even with Tubi. But you should loot that 10 meso in a few seconds. This is mainly usefull for distance chars that are power lvling or not using god mode.
