You can download a trail copy of uoassist at www.tugsoft.com
but eventually you have to pay a one time fee for a code to enable it. This is the cast for official servers, as they update the program to match the current client of Ultima Online and to match the updates to the official client. If you are talking about using it for a free shard that would be illegal (warez)as they do not support that on their site at all and in fact ifyou have the newest updated version of uo assist they tell you if they catch you , your account would be banned indefinitely. So be careful. That URL will take you to the official free trail version. What you do with it from there is up to you.
