elac, neon skins.. groovy, be sure to post them here ;) if not shoot me an email where i can get them
its using the unreal engine,, anyone tried to use the current unreal aimbots with neon skins ? it worked for Mohaa even though mohaa wasnt the unreal engine

Dark_hades
22nd March 2003, 09:00
why would ya need neon skins for i mean its not that hard to spot someone....besides its cuz of the graphics that make this game so good and ya wanna ruin it?

V_LESTAT
22nd March 2003, 20:01
hades i agree about the graphics,, they are excellent.!
and its always been a trait with the Rainbow 6 games that the uniforms are usually WAY too alike, meaning very often its hard to tell who is who.
Plus Raven shield is WAY too dark, the maps for some reason are just made to be really dark,,, i dont know maybe its just me?

The D3D hack I'm working on will turn the models different colors. Blue, Red, Green. So you should be able to see them far off :)

sweet elac!

oh, as i stated earlier, be sure to check out the UT2k3 aimbot, well i think people call it a trigger bot, but it will actually lock on to the colored skin you tell it too, its the OGC UT2k3 trigger/aim bot.
as i stated it works with Mohaa, and mohaa isnt event he same graphics engine, since RS is the unreal engine maybe, just maybe it will work too!

I don't want to start with an aimbot yet. Let's wait get some skins going first. Then we'll throw in the nukes ;)

that ogc bot does work i tried it, but i just need some good skins to make it work better =(

Elac
24th March 2003, 04:41
the ogc aimbot works for this?

V_LESTAT
24th March 2003, 04:55
thats what the man said i guess, but the trick is to open up the editor and then the players, then you have to make the ogc bot lock onto one color skin,, and since the skins have a fast array shades of the same color, you would have to alter the skin to be a solid bright color for the ogc bot to lock on.
then it might work.
but i opened the editor and tried to do that and i did not see an immediate option to alter the color of the skins. so...
and it doesnt show the RGB value of the color either,, but since those editors confuse me,, i probably just missed it.

Elac
24th March 2003, 04:59
Well i know how the ogc aimbot works...but portions like faces and eyes arent on any other textures you can set it to that.

V_LESTAT
24th March 2003, 06:27
you dont set faces and eyes, only uniforms and helmets,, there isnt really any reason to do the face.
but in the editor the face skin is there. dont know if you can edit it though, i would imagine you can.

Elac

You can to an extent. I'm working with the aimbot right now... trying to find out good rgb values and not. I concentrated on the helmet and teh goggles. You can basically set it to anything but your trying to pick out something unique on a uniform. its hard though gotta stick with it.

V_LESTAT
24th March 2003, 07:10
well if you use something like neon skins, use an RGB of 255 for red skins,, and 255 for blue skins..
the aimbot is REALLY picky,, i had to tweak the shit out of it to actually work really good, i think i had a color tolerance of about 150 then it locks onto the red and blue very good, but that was MOHAA,, RS may act differently
255 for red is BRIGHT and 255 for blue is kinda a lighter blue but its bright.. easily seen.

Elac
24th March 2003, 07:39
Erg..never fooled around with Color Tolerance. What does it do?

V_LESTAT
24th March 2003, 08:35
color tolerance is for variations on the color of the skin you choose.
lets say you make a skin which has an RGB value of R=255 G=0 B=0 , (bright red) the color tolerance just tells it,, ok there will be a tolerance of (what ever you set it to) basically that is because of shadows, light and dark maps,, and other variations that the skin cant control.

if you leave it at a tolerance of 0 99% of the time it wont lock on..
now on the flip side,, if you go too high with the tolerance,, the aimbot will lock onto stuff around the map because it has a plus/minus R value of, lets say 200 on the R scale.,

100-150 is usually enough for tolerance.. the other stuff is trigger speed, firing rate,, those are also things that must be tweaked or it wont trigger the gun when its supposed too,, when using it in MOHAA, your mouse wouldnt fire the gun properly, because the OGC program actually blocked the mouse click becasue OGC didnt have anything to clock onto..
it was touchy with MOHAA,, but once you played around and set it.. damn.. it made you a killin machine online.

V_LESTAT
24th March 2003, 08:38
only bad thing is that RS dont have the Force models option i think. and unless it has force models,, you may see yourself as having a blue or red skin,, but all other players will have the default skin.
i think. :\
he only way to know is to make a skin then go online and play.. dont know if they would work for single play becuase single play has only terrorists.

open the utx fill it blue, green, rainbow gradiant anything- i'm sure you know how to set transperancy to still see the details if you care.
The best way is to just to the d3d hack. Theres no alterations to the actual utx there.
I just read the jist of this thread, so you are going to stop doing the d3d(using evilberts source as a "base")? It is an unparalleled hack for the unreal engine. I'm still thinking and hoping you are going to try and get that working.

Elac
24th March 2003, 17:24
Evilbert and I are working on it. About the neons: If you overwrite your uniforms thats the way they will appear on other people. Only thing that server downloads/uploads to you like that is arm patches. If there is a way to force only one Armypatch you could make it neon green and have the aimbot aim at that.

SuperCman
24th March 2003, 18:32
that wouldn't name a fantastic aimbot trying to peg people in the arm
from the direct front view you cant see the armpatch really i dont think.

does it have to BE in your view for it to lock on?

V_LESTAT
24th March 2003, 18:48
ok i only mention the force models because of the way mohaa was,, you had to use "force models" at the player select screen or the neon skins wouldnt work

Elac
24th March 2003, 19:26
Yeah but then it was redone. Well with chameleons it was, we overwrote the original skins and it worked without force models. The aimbot is rough around the edges....see what you can find out for autoaim and we wont need an aimbot

V_LESTAT
24th March 2003, 20:11
well like i mentioned, the ut2k3 aimbot triggerbot, would only lock on if your crosshairs were close to the other player,, but it did lock on to them i believe, i maybe wrong, its been a while since i played.

there really isnt anything i can do besides test and give feedback and use the OGC and figger out which settings work best for the skins,, i dont have any skins,, so.. and ive never made skins.. im not a programmer sorry.
if you want to trow me the skins id be happy to try and mess with ogc and give you my feedback, but thats about all i can do.
