You may experience database errors for a while, as we are currently the victim of an ongoing port flood. No one has taken credit for this yet, so there is little way for us to stop it other than just blocking the IP's of those computers responsible for the attack.

Keep this in mind before spamming IRC with "ZOMG, WTF, HAX, IT'S DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!111111111" You can feel free to contact me by AIM if the site is down for an extended period of time. I make no promises as to whether I will be around or not when you message me, so don't immediately think I am ignoring you :x.

Hopefully this will stop soon. If you do wish to claim responsibility for this, then I would very much like to speak with you regarding your reasons.

Pretty sad that 12 year olds have nothing better to do then try take down a forum. Even if you do take it down, whats it gona proove? Other then your a low life ****er.

its about time to think for the forum, to make it improve. these guy who did this, has a anger of the forum or maybe with the cheaters. cause yesterday i can't get in the forum.

Apache went down yesterday. I don't know why it does that, although it may simply be caused by the port floods...

You guys should try getting a deticated server at www.byethost.com there teh shat diggity! There support is leet and before you can even open up dos ur blocked. They host my website and i think you should give 'em a try...

Let them losers keep attacking mpc... I think it'l make us stronger in the long run. Thank the mpc staff and admins for keeping this site up and running, I think they are doing a pretty damnm good job!

Good support isn't going to stop an attack. We need a mitigating channel like G-D has, but they can be fairly expensive, especially for a large site.
