Problem with launching Maple Story

I have a little problem with it.
When I launch Maple Story with Apache or Abyss, I get this error:

Ms works fine for me with uce, it doesn't detect it or something.
It seems like a problem in the Operating System, isn't?

I had this same problem all you have to do is click start then run and type this: Shutdown -A you wont get anymore random shutdown errors
