when i turn on the ce
and log in game
then i try to enter the god mode , speed hack , fly , or sth else
and i get d/c
how come it like dat
it is the code work no more?
or i need to edit the setting
since they patch Rev 770 again
so do we need the new code or sth else

They never patched Rev 770 again, everything is working fine, your silly, try again.

You need Rev 770, and you need to open the Maplestory process while Game guard is loading, not when its at the log in screen. Settings dont really matter.

that's what i did ! but when i try to enter Memory View I get the error that pops up all the time

Try new settings. Play around with it and make sure you are attaching process at the right time. Even try without MSPro or any other programs (Moose etc.)
