A question about my brand-new VAC ban.

I was banned for some cheats on CS:S and got this message:

I was pissed but happy i still have DOD:S, then this:

So even though it's not listed I still have a LIFE ban on DOD:S?

althought ur Settings said only CS:S/HL2:DM are affected, some users that have a CS:S ban or CS1.6 ban would have a BAN on their whole ACCOUNT[all games in their account even with those not listed], ask @ steam.powered.com/s forums...

VAC bans by ENGINE.

For example:

You cheat in CSS, all source games are banned!

If you get caught in source cheating all your source games are affected. You will not be able to play any of your source games. Only non source games arnt affected so you are able to still play those.

I am banned from HL1 CS :P haven't cheated in Source ever since...
