Mdmp

I was wonderin what are MDMP files that i see created once and awhile when i use hacks ? someone told me to delete them to help not get banned so does it realy help at all? because today i was tryin to use some hacks for DoD:S which didnt work and i happen to check and seen the mdmp files in \Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\xxxxxxx\day of defeat source
there was 4.
(and as i recall i tried to use hacks 4diff times none worked tho stupid dod crashed v.v)

so anyway basicly what im asking is..wtf are mdmp files please explain thank you.

I'm no authority on the issue, but they are created when your game exits prematurely (eg: crash).
As far as I know they don't do diddly-squat for you.

Their Dump files the m may stand from mini but dump files log all the info on why the client and game crashed, you can safely delete them.

They can be used to find the cause of crashes (if a hack crashes the game, the maker of the hack can look where things went wrong).
