Problem with Reloaded hack

I just installed reloaded.
I don't know exactly where to put the dll.
I tried C:/program files/windows/system32
but it says ddl can't be found.
I just need to know exactly where to put it and how to work it.

You keep the .dll in the folder, the loader will only load the .dll if they are in the same folder...

To elaborate on Assassin289's reply, extract the contents (the 'reloaded' folder) of the .rar file to any location, excluding the Steam/CSS directories. The files (.dll and .exe) within the 'reloaded' folder don't get placed anywhere else, leave them together in the folder.
