Fatal error in making uce

when im trying to compile CEHook i get a fatal error

i put // before settings and everything
i followed everything in the tutorial an di dont know whats happening
BTW im using rolling dices tutorial

Start over . I got a problem too , read carefully step by step . The tricky part : include subfolder or not include subfolder
