i was making another UCE with the jumper thing right from the start but after all hard work this error show up

It looks to me like you changed a driver name in the source, but changed the actual driver to a different name. Any inconsistencies in file naming throughout the program can have catastrophic results. I am just downloading everything I need to make my own UCE right now (though having a version of Delphi that I bought already is saving me some time), so I'm not 100% sure.
