OMS is NOT just for America its for everyone that does not live in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, SEA (Malaysia, Singapore, Tailand). and ppl obviously take the easy way out by going to mSEA and JMS, but thats not their problem so why shuld they care. I've played JMS with translations for a while and i play it because everyone in OMS is so DAM immature/just plain stupid. noone in OMS has common sense anymore, most these ppl probly live in america anyways. and OMS is just way to slow at doing stuff cuz mSEA has already passed them again and JMS has way more than both of them. so there's the answer to your question. noone cares about anything but themselves.
