Well, last week i got myself a punkbuster hw ban. Not smart i know. But Ive found some hw spoofers. I just wanted to know what it does and if there are any negative effects using this kinda tool.

well,did you try PBDownForce yet ? that should work perfectly,if it doesn't,try "ObjectTree",if that doesn't,buy a new hard disk,and change your mac address with SMAC.

well thx kizzamp! but Ive bought mysself a new harddisk (in fact an entire PC) 2or 3 weeks ago, so I dont have any money atm, so thats not an option.
uhm maybe it u are the wrong person to ask, but can i run an detected version of MPC bot for aa while using pbdownforce???

no,you can't,because MPC Public Bot itself is detected already.
PBDownForce doesn't make other hacks undetected,it basically "Fakes/Spoofs" your harddrive serial number and other.

SO if im correct, it doesnt do anything else than faking a serial number?? So nothing is REALLY changed??
anyway im afraid to screw up my HD using such tools. so thats why im asking this ****.

Moving to PB section.

Setting up your hard-drives in RAID is the quickest way around a PB hardware ban.

The spoofer won't do any damage to hardware, if you follow the instructions. But you should always make a backup just in case.
