VAC Question

I have an account that isent banned can I use cheats on that account on non VAC servers and not get banned.

Yes. Though, first you should connect to the server without hacks to absolutely make sure that the server is indeed not secure. Also, you should reboot your computer after playing with hacks if you want to play on secure servers. That's because even after the game is exited and Steam is shut down some hacks still have running processes in the background.
