Vac hack, and fly hack

Hello. im a Noob as you can say to hacking, THe other day when i was playing in perionm i saw someone did a vac hackish. and like it look soo cool and also when i was walking to sleepy woods i saw somedude fly and i thought that was a special ability but my friend told me it was a hack. So can someone explain or give me the program for FLY hack and vac hack I would really appreiciated and if you do can u give me like abasic guoide to use it=):)
