maybe the search engine could help u try it it's on the right top corner of this forum ;) or where ever you leeched it from should have a tut on how to use it btw this is just common sense <___< you just extract the files and launch the .exe cause thats the only file that can be executed

All you do is double click HPB.exe, then run your UCE.
