GameRegistance.exe doesnt work?

Am I the only one that GameRegistance doesnt work for?
When I try it on Ems I get BSoD, When I try it on Ems theres no effect, just like b4
Maybe its the adresses? but I tried alot; unrandomizer, fly, godmode and none work.
Does it work for you? tell me what to do please

Oh, I didnt notice its 807 now 0.0
But I'm using it on Ems, Ems is rev786 which is less than 800
So it should work there, shouldnt it?
btw im not begging, i just need to know if the problem is with me or the file =\
