Is there A radar hack that makes the guys colored names stay out all the time like in unrealtournament? If not that would be a killer hack to make.

I dont know what your talking about with UT, but I think there is a value you can change so the time that the colored names stay up longer when you aim right at them or the likes. I do not know this value personally. I dont have much time to actually edit stuff myself. I am a busy man. I bet toad would know where it is tho.

no its called radar a cross or the name of the person is over their bodies at all times so you can see them from hella far away and who it is. In ut it has the health of the person aswell as distance. its a great hack that would be great for this game
