Hi, ive encountered blue screens after ive followed this tutorial.

http://www.mpcforum.com/showthread.php?t=146898

When it says that i have to attach maplestory, no matter how hard i try, the game gaurd doesnt glow green (The sign where you have to attach maple then) ive tried anyways during the game gaurd loading, during the login screen and ingame. none worked and crashed my maple.. or took me to that evil blue screen.

I DO have the correct settings for my UCE and i DO have the correct settings for my Prevx home installed and setup correctly along with HBP and abyss.

Also the DXWnd maple windowed version.

Can anyone give me some help?

i read b4 tahn the PC crash because GG detec something .SYS on the UCE so, the UCE use kernel sources, so if UCE have been findded by GG, this crash u PC.

Oo, Sorry for my grammar.

I know there are many reasons why someone would receive bsods on there computer, but couldnt editing ur hosts files have sumthing to contribute toit with server emulation?
Just a thought, cos ur editing the windows components form which ur computer runs...

Actually panda, that is very possible. My advise, try to edit as little as possible on your actual computer unless you NEED to. Just becuase you're trying to hack maple doesn't automatically mean that's why you're getting a bsod (maybe there really is a problem with your comp.) Also, as far as I know, emulation is worthless as of right now and I'm pretty sure abyss is contributing to your BSoDs, I could be wrong but eh oh well.

If you're running Windows XP or similar you will expirence a reboot from Maple Story (Usually something is detected, or changes in memory have caused an error), because XP, by default, reboots on system errors. If the option is turned off or you have an older operating system you will recieve a BSoD error.

Well, if your registrys are screwed up just download a registry cleaner and it SHOULD clean up the mess, last resort would be doing a system restore/reformat.

How do you turn it off?
