Maphack is possible,
Like that u make things spawn the way u want.
I tried to edit a bit on el_alamein , if u get the map fill the same size it is possible to edit on the map as much as you want... and it will work on the net.
U just need the play patch from immersion. and a map editor like madbulls:cool:

those editors wouldn't happen to create text files that indicate that hacks can be done without the editors... would they??? Editing maps is icky (but editing text in notepad is easy.)

actually.. i can deal with the map editor... but the play patch thing confused me a little, could u link that?

actually i was using Battlecraft '42 which my uncle got me..
i dont know where to download it but i could ask him..
or try searching on google.com

Well... i edited the spawns and it works when I serve, but otherwise I use the host's spawns (at least it doesn't crash out)

So.... details?

When i tried to play over internet.
It just spawned axectly where i created the spawn point...
all the others on the server saw i was cheating so i got kicked...
(i dont think i should use it maybe i get banned...)

Butanyway i cant see the help in cheating/hacking...
it will always end on a ban or being hated by everyone so dont use it!!!!

Could always make it not obvious, say spawn somewhere "near" their base but not directly at it and then go cap their flag etc. Just dont stand out. not to difficult

Ok, tried it the easy way.

I exctracted the gazala.rfa from /mods/bf1942/archives/bf1942/levels

Then i changed the coordinates of some spawnpoints in
/Conquest/SoldierSpawns.con

And compiled the rfa again.


I noticed that my rfa increased 8Mb in size !!
And i get a "Corrupt data" in MP, after my progressbar loaded 3/4 of the map.

I wonder if this is even possible to do...if it is, then please tell me where i go wrong..

if any1 makes a map hack, do u think u can post it here...4 us people who know nothing about this stuff?;)
