Off map vaccing still works?

Just this morning, in MapleGlobal, I saw someone vaccing off map at zlupin (All the way down below the solid ground). When I reenter the portal, he doesn't pop back up either. =\ I thought pervac and eax vac are patched...

theyre patched, but the way to "unpatch" em is private T.T

well i got out of the map using walls but then i jsut kept on falling, -_-
