Is there a way to have a alarm of some kind that would let you know when someone dops into spectate to see if your cheating?

just press tab periodically, and look.

you can do this while your playing cos the score screen is semi transparent - so it's easy enuff.

There has been a thread on this, and yes there could be, but done through GL.

Well I'm not really sure it would be that easy. The work such an alarm requires is too much to make it worth. The best idea is to press tab periodically and check yourself.

Just use the original permutation that made the score screen weird transparency color and take that part out and make it where its permenantly up there :)

what if they are in stealth spectate, acting like they are on your team, and not selecting a weapon. ANd what if you dont want to do check every so often, and when you do, how do you know they are watching you in particular? It would be difficult, but so are most things

Good points but if someone is spectating you in your same team or stuff like that you will never know anyway, cos the server won't tell you who exactly is spectating you. Hit tab and consider the non-playing members of yer team and the spectators to be carefully watching every move you make.

And tbh, you don't need to know if they're watching you as long as you're always careful. There's a load of ways to make everyone think yer not using a wallhack.

why dont you just play, so as not to make it obvious you cheat. i.e. dont just shoot someone the second you see em with your cham skins, dont shoot at walls when your not sure their on the same side your on, cos that;s just plain obvious. and dont pull stunts that are just darned obvious. that will keep you out of trouble. but of course there other things not to do, like shooting ppl from one side of snowy park to the other, when it's not possible to do normally, and of course, shooting ppl thru trees, when you'de have no idea where they are normally. if your smart, then you dont have to worry about spectators much
