this doesn't work, when you put a japanese zip code (or any numbers at all) you get a weird pop up, and on the top it says "Do-You-N-Live?" please don't give that web adress with the creat jms account tutorial as it doesn't work.

for the zip code part, try closing ur pop up blocker, and try 103-0015, works for me

The only way you can get a kMS account is to get ahold of a kssn which you will not get because it is ILLEGAL. The only other way is to have a korean friend make you an account.

Move to Korea and then you can do it legally.
