They are claiming that cheating is rampant if BF1942, rampant my butt!

Hurry up with the new version of Toadvision with the aimbot Toad! They want rampant we will give um rampant!

He is just sore because I posted on a thread of his on a different forum; the thread was a poll to see how many ppl wanted him to try and fight cheats with his mod.

I told Prolinger that I saw him snooping around a forum that I was admining (which he was) and that I have a log of him downloading all the hacks form the site (which I do have). I told him that he is in violation of our sites rules/laws and has commited perjury (which he has).

He downloaded all the cheats just to find ways to battle against them, and has is in violation of violating code 431.322.12 of the Internet Privacy Act and art.7. Of the US Human Rights by denying us the rights of our civil liberties.

So after I told him he got sooooooo pist off that he is now on every forum battling a losing war. Heh, what ever floats your boat Prolinger!

Althou i doubt he was just trying to find a counter for the cheats.. i bet he's using them himself like the rest of us :D

You know, the more and more I see this, the more I have to wonder. A few months ago I did an extensive search of U.S. Code (i.e., federal law), and there's nothing even remotely close to a section '431.322.12'. Anyone out there have a link to this statute anywhere? A search on Google mearly brings up this Snopes article (http://www.snopes.com/legal/privacy.htm) declaring the whole thing to be a myth, and about a zillion pirate/hack/download sites. :/

I don't get it. I read the snopes thing but hey, we're not doing anything illegal here (are we?) I mean we're just modifying our games so that we will have the upper hand. So is it applicable to all sites or just non-illegal ones?

You are missing the grand design here, wether or not it is true or not (and I have done 0 research on this) it pisses people off when I tell them that.
