Wich game is the best?

Hey everyone I have to buy my friend an birthday present so I just wonder wich game is the best to buy for him?
CnC generals, The Sims or Cs?

CS, if he has the right internet connection, otherwise it wont be fun for him to have an online game that he cant play. I always found the Sims to be fun but then it got boring after awhile. And i never played CnC generals.

heh well if you want to save money then get him CS... that's like $7 :p if you want to get him something new get CnC Generals it's only good for MP though :(

emm I don't know that well actually *cough* I don't go to those stores often *cough* but heh it all depends on the store, maybe a sale, or if they're overstocked, you just gotta know where to go for the best deals ;)

The sims is fun. I like how you can design your own house like an architect. the interaction part is pretty stupid though i just like the designing part and the eye candy.

I find that the sims get boring after a while.... but it's quite addictive short term

Sims was addictive short term . well for like an hour . then my guy would get unhealty , tired or seom other Term that basically made the game more tedious . So i ended up killing them . Removing the ladders fomr hte swimming pool . removing doors from rooms etc . but most of the time they kill each other :( , how hard is it to operate an oven for god's sake

Is C&C generals actually eny good... I'v hearde a lot of good stuff about it (I want to find out before I vote) - who hasent played CS and the simms?
I'v heard a lot of hype about C&C Generals, and of course I'v played some of the originals.... how is this different?
