Is JMS down for server check?

I cant seem to log on to JMS for now. I guess that they are doing a server check? Or i might be wrong. If anyone knows what is happening, please do so and enlighten me. Thank You.

I got Error 114 after GG loads...

I see. Well thanks but it says 24th august, i think japan should be 27 or 28th august today ya? At my country its 4.53 pm in the afternoon. I guess its a short server check. Hopefully the server will be back up soon.
