Legalization of Marijuana

Do you think marijuana should be legalized in areas where it is illegal? Or do you think it should be a crime? I think the whol illegalization of marijuana thing is a giant joke. Its bascially the same as alchohol but less addictive and when used in moderation is less harmful than eating a big mac.
Alot of people hail it as having great pain fighting powers too in instances like cancer and glaucoma. Plus it gets you hiiiiiiighhhhhh! And if your already high on life itll get you higgggggghherrrr! Course thats just my opinion I could be wrong.

i think it should be only legalized for medical purposes, and punished otherwise, i truthfully believe the legalization of Alcohal is just as bad so don't compare it to that ;)
