of course not.. if u get banned, u account is banned coz is stored on the MapleStory Data Base and then, theys just ban u... and u IP have nothing to do with this... atleast u use pack editor, i ear, u get banned + IP Ban.

I don't think changing it will help, + how would you change it? You need to contact your ISP, Maplestory doesn't ban IP's... ever.
