I bought Joint Ops and Escalation but I lost my Joint Ops CD KEY and the account that I had made with that CD Key expired because I didn't use it for 90 days. I still remember the last part of my CD Key was GETD. Can someone tell me how do I retrieve my CD Key.

Try contacting nova first they may be able to re-issue it at the very least they will allow you to buy a new key for some where in the nighbourhood of 10 bucks.
