Hey,
Twice i saw a dude taking a dozer with a jerman kamal and build a tunnel with him .
How the F*ck did he do that?!
I lost that replay but next time i'll post it here.
p.s. see people building warfactory's before they even build anything else, i want some intel on that too.

Maybe the maps tech tree has been modded and for the tunnel he could have started building it with a worker then used the dozer to finish it.

You say you lost the replay yet you think you know what he did? My bet is he started building it with a worker on the other side of the map (So its set as 0%) canceled the worker with Stop(S) and got the dozer to construct it because modding what you can build should cause a mismatch because the map has certain properties on what which unit can build.

Dozers don't have the Stop command ('S' won't work either), you have to give them a new order to break the last.
What map was the factory built on? Many custom maps are biased towards a specific location on the map or a faction. The possibilities are endless with mods, that includes the prospect of buffer-overflow conditions.

Wrong, they can be stopped with "S".

Fair enough, I'm sure I tried that and failed, but I'll take your word. However, I'm pretty sure that if there is a structure on the command set with S as its access key, that will take precedence.

heres how its done its pretty simple for you noobs, let me explain
1. have a gla worker ready
2. take a dozer ( hijacker, or jarmen )
3. select the worker to build a tunnel by the dozer you just took
4. Hit " S " to stop the worker right away ( tunnel should be at zero % )
5. make the dozer build a power plant in your base ( GLA with power owns you dont have to do this step but i recomend it)
6. make the worker finnish the power plant, and select the dozer to finnish building the tunnel
7. hope to god you can get it off, but if you have a power already you will cause it takes about 8 second to build a tunnel when gla has power
happy gaming
